Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text (if provided at checkout).

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier delays that may be outside of our control.

The Cole Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
