Shipping policy

At The Cole Collection, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated by carrier (USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx) based on your location and the weight of your order. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping to the rest of the world

For destinations outside our standard international zone, rates are calculated by DHL Express or FedEx based on your location and order weight, and are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, the tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
